Service Users Resource Pack

The research pack contained the following documentation:

A research plan to outline the process to be followed.
A definition of recovery and care coordination.
A guide to using the MP3 player.
Emergency telephone numbers for the Trust.
An Interview Reflection Sheet designed to encourage researcher to record how they felt the interviews went. This provided useful feedback for later group discussions.
A Trust guide to the Care Programme Approach.
Finance forms for both the interviewee and interviewer as they received £10 plus travel expenses.
